FAQs
Olive Branch Rheumatology is a specialty medical practice providing expertise in the management of autoimmune diseases, musculoskeletal conditions, and osteoporosis. Dr. Zhang is double-board certified in adult rheumatology and internal medicine. She offers holistic options for treating these conditions. Our office provides medical office visits, telehealth visits, joint injections and aspirations. Please see the “Conditions We Treat” page for more information about medical conditions that we diagnose and treat.
At Olive Branch Rheumatology, our practice is different from others. We do not have physician assistants or nurse practitioners in our practice. Dr. Zhang sees all of her patients herself and dedicates her undivided time to them during their visits. You can be rest assured that your problems will be evaluated by a double board-certified rheumatology physician. Your case will never be delegated to someone else with less training and medical knowledge.
We reserve the right to charge and collect a fee of $95.00 for broken (“no-show”) appointments – appointments that are cancelled or broken without proper 24 hours of advanced notice. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If you are not present at your confirmed appointment, this takes away another patient’s opportunity to have that appointment time, is waste of valuable office time, and a financial burden on the practice.
No! At Olive Branch Rheumatology, we treat people regardless of whether you have insurance or not.
If you do not have insurance, or you have an insurance plan that we are out-of-network with, you would be billed as a self-pay patient. Our self-pay fees are:
New patient consultation: $300
Follow-up visit: $150
Joint aspiration/injection: $100 for 1 joint, $150 for 2 joints at the same visit
For patients who are not using an insurance plan: We guarantee you 100% full price transparency and you will always know what you will be paying upfront. You will never have to pay any hidden fees. No deductibles, copays, or co-insurance.
If you have an insurance plan that we are out-of-network with: You can still get your care at Olive Branch Rheumatology. You will be responsible for paying the self-pay fees for your service. At each visit, you will receive a Superbill, which is an itemized receipt of medical services rendered. You can then submit your Superbill to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement using a service called Reimbursify we use that makes process this easy.
All of Olive Branch Rheumatology's patients will be able to file claims to their insurance company for free using Reimbursify. Our office can help you submit the claim on your behalf, and you will be able to follow up on the claim using Reimbursify’s website or mobile app. Use the following Reimbursify link to quickly and easily submit reimbursement claims to your insurance provider:
