I understand that Olive Branch Rheumatology is an out-of-network practice with insurance companies and contracts directly with patients. I understand that after each office visit, an out-of-network claim can be generated and submitted to a commercial insurance company (not Medicare or Medicaid) on my behalf, however the practice cannot guarantee any reimbursement from the insurance company.*
