City's Best"Tired of chains
that claim to be Mediterranean because they serve gyros? Olive Branch is the real
deal, offering Arabic coffee, hookah and traditional dishes beyond hummus and
pita. Painted murals of exotic belly dancers and drumming sheikhs hint at weekly
live entertainment. The Mediterranean Feast, which allows couples to pick six
appetizers from an extensive selection including dolmades, falafel, baba ganoush
and esfiha (dumplings), will have guests screaming "Opa"! Look for traditional
Greek fare like lamb kebabs, chicken schwarma and taboule, or opt for filet mignon
if you're gun-shy when it comes to ethnic fare." Wynter

want to stop eating even after we were full. But we slowed down to leave room
for Baklava that our server said came in fresh that morning. It was worth it!" Geri

"My sister and I opted for the " Mishawi for Two" which gave us
a little bit of everything. The meal started off with Hummus, served with warm
Pita wedges, and a house salad large enough to share. The main course featured
rice, sautéed veggies, kabobs of lamb, chicken, filet mignon, and my personal
favorite, kefta, a seasoned ground lamb and sirloin patty. Also included were
two pieces of Baklava for dessert, which provided a sweet ending to our meal.
The food is definitely worth coming back for."
